• You carry out welding work on components and structures in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Before welding, you prepare the workpieces by cleaning and tack-welding them
• You select the welding process, parameters and filler materials appropriate to the workpiece and adjust the equipment accordingly
• Depending on the job, you weld using standard processes such as MAG/MIG, TIG or manual arc welding
• After welding, you inspect the welds visually and ensure they meet quality standards
• You finish the welds, for example by grinding and removing spatter
• You consistently adhere to drawing specifications, tolerances and quality standards
• You read technical drawings and implement them independently in production
• You regularly maintain and service welding equipment and tools
• You document the work carried out in a traceable manner

• You have practical experience in welding (e.g. MAG/MIG, TIG, manual arc welding) – an official welding certificate is not a requirement; it is your practical skills that count
• You are confident in using standard welding processes and equipment
• Experience in reading technical drawings is an advantage
• You have a strong technical understanding and excellent manual dexterity
• You have a good command of written and spoken German (at least B1 level)
• We require a willingness to work shifts
• You must hold a Class B driving licence and have your own car
• You work in a reliable, meticulous and independent manner
• You are a team player and have a strong awareness of safety and quality
• You hold a Category B driving licence and have your own car
• A valid work permit is required
