• You will read and understand welding drawings and implement the specifications in the production process
• In the manufacture of lorry trailers and tippers, you will support the production team with your welding work
• You will weld steel beams professionally in accordance with drawings
• You will weld sheet metal and tubes using the MAG process, for example as fillet welds, either ascending or descending
• Depending on the job, you will weld steel and aluminium components
• After welding, you will clean up the welds
• You will use an angle grinder to finish the welded areas and components
• You will independently check the quality of your welds and components and document any anomalies

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d),

construction mechanic (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification

• You have experience in MAG welding
• You are confident in performing fillet welds and in the ascending and descending welding positions
• Furthermore, you can read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written
• You are willing to work a three-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
