Your responsibilities

• You’ll tack structural steel components together according to drawings and specifications
• Using the MAG welding process, you’ll professionally weld structural steel components together
• You check the fit and dimensional accuracy of the tack-welded components before welding
• You inspect welds for quality and visual cleanliness
• You will prepare workpieces and weld joints prior to welding, for example by cleaning and derusting them

What we are looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a construction mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or welding specialist (m/f/d)
• You have experience in tack-welding components
• you have experience in MAG welding of structural steels
• you are characterised by manual dexterity and confidence in handling metal components
• a basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• Working meticulously and accurately comes naturally to you
