• You will weld various metal components as part of ongoing production
• Your daily tasks will also include tack welding workpieces
• You will machine and finish the weld seams to a professional standard
• You weld sheet metal and sheet metal components precisely and in accordance with specifications
• In doing so, you ensure that the A-dimension is adhered to precisely
• You check your welds for cleanliness and dimensional accuracy and rectify any defects
• Before welding, you prepare the components and materials accordingly
• You handle welding equipment and tools with care and keep them in good working order

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d),

construction mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• you have practical experience in steel or shipbuilding
• You hold valid welding certificates for the following processes: 135 FW PD, 135 BW PF, 136 FW PD, 136 FW PF and 136 BW PF
• you are proficient in the clean welding of sheet metal and metal components, as well as tack welding
• you are also able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts and at weekends
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Teamwork, commitment, reliability and a proactive and safe approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
