You will carry out the assembly and dismantling of technical plant in the petrochemical industry You will lay pipework You will install, modify and retrofit machinery and plant components You will carry out mechanical and electrical work on operational and safety systems Maintenance, servicing and the replacement of plant components during shutdowns form part of your duties You will be responsible for fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and the commissioning of new or modernised plants You will implement and comply with safety and environmental regulations (ATEX, explosion protection) You will document your work in accordance with the applicable regulations The prefabrication of pipe components, involving welding work, takes place at the Plettenberg site
