• You will be responsible for supervising welding
• You will be responsible for planning and selecting the welding process in accordance with requirements and materials
• You will also be responsible for inspecting the welded parts
• Issuing certificates for rail vehicle construction (in accordance with DIN 2303) is one of your responsibilities
• You will be responsible for carrying out tests
• Project management is in your hands

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d), a machining technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with further training as a welding engineer (m/f/d)
• you also have experience in this field
• reading and understanding technical drawings comes naturally to you
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
