Your responsibilities

• you will check delivery documents for completeness and plausibility and ensure a smooth start to every goods receipt
• You will also enter and reconcile goods-in data in the SAP system, whilst always maintaining a clear overview
• You will be responsible for processing and monitoring customs procedures
• You will monitor the time slots booked by hauliers and keep track of departures
• You will document and process complaints relating to goods receipt – working closely with our customers to find solutions
• you’ll play an active role in ensuring that the flow of goods at our company remains smooth and efficient

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained some initial experience working with SAP or a comparable enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
• You enjoy working in a three-shift system and are willing to work on Saturdays from time to time
• you are characterised by an independent, conscientious and structured approach to your work
