Wire-cut EDM operator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will programme the CAM system independently based on drawings and data sets, preferably using VISI or DCAM
• You will independently set up the Mitsubishi FA20s and FA20sA CNC EDM machines
• You will check the manufactured parts for quality and compliance with tolerances
• You will carry out maintenance and cleaning work on the EDM machines on your own initiative
• You will replace worn components independently as required
• In addition, you will monitor the operating fluids
• You will carefully document the work carried out and the inspection results

What we are looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship, e.g. as a toolmaker (m/f/d), machining technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable technical qualification in the metalworking industry
• You have already gained experience in EDM and the manufacture of complex tool components, ideally also in the field of stamping and forming tools
• You have the ability to programme independently using CAM software, preferably VISI or DCAM
• Your profile includes a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
• You are willing to work a 3-shift system
• You impress with your teamwork and communication skills
• You are characterised by an independent, structured approach to work
