Your responsibilities

• you plan and prepare production orders
• you create and maintain work plans and production documents independently
• You define workflows and production steps
• You assess technical and organisational feasibility in advance
• You determine the material and resource requirements for production
• You schedule and prioritise production orders as required
• You monitor production progress and keep track of processes
• You identify bottlenecks and process issues at an early stage and resolve them
• You continuously optimise production processes and workflows
• You carefully maintain work plan and production data in the ERP system

What we’re looking for

• You have completed technical training, ideally with further training to become a technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience with bills of materials, work plans and production orders is part of your skill set
• You have already gained experience in work preparation or production planning
• You are characterised by technical understanding and a good knowledge of manufacturing processes
• You are proficient in using MS Office and ERP systems
• Good written and spoken German is a strong point in your favour
• A structured, meticulous approach to work and strong organisational skills round off your profile
