• You will be responsible for planning and managing production orders, taking into account deadlines, capacities and resources
• Creating and maintaining material master data in the SAP ERP system will also form part of your duties
• In close consultation with the Design and Production departments, you will draw up work plans, bills of materials and production documentation
• You will be responsible for handling series adjustments and coordinating with the relevant specialist departments
• You will monitor deadlines and check material availability
• You will analyse existing production processes in terms of cost-effectiveness and efficiency
• The preparation, evaluation and analysis of production key figures for the continuous improvement of processes are also part of your responsibilities
• you will actively support the introduction of new products and processes into series production (initial series) and also maintain the material master data in the SAP ERP system

• You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship
• Several years’ experience in work planning would be an advantage
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are naturally confident in using the SAP ERP system
• You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• You also demonstrate a high degree of initiative and a structured, meticulous and reliable approach to your work
• A team-oriented, responsible and cross-functional approach to work, as well as strong communication skills, round off your profile
