• You will take on the technical leadership of work planning and coordinate a team of two staff members
• In doing so, you will monitor stock levels of assemblies and production runs and ensure reliable material availability
• In addition, you will carry out interim and year-end stock-takes and ensure that stock data is complete and accurate
• You will also prepare all production documentation in full and on time
• In the event of design changes, you will update the bills of materials for the assemblies and keep all information up to date
• Furthermore, you will monitor production runs and initiate new runs in good time
• You will carry out post-production cost calculations for manufactured devices and assemblies independently and update the prices in the product master
• Where required, you will assist with preliminary costing for projects and quotations, for example in the context of make-or-buy decisions
• In close consultation with the production manager, you will determine realistic delivery dates for orders and assemblies

• You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by relevant further training
• You already have experience in work planning or a comparable field
• You are, of course, proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel
• You have a native-level command of German
• You hold a valid work permit
• Your approach to work is characterised by reliability
