• You will be responsible for creating and maintaining items in the ERP system (abas)
• You will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of production orders
• Obtaining, evaluating and awarding tenders in collaboration with project management and the procurement team are also part of your remit
• You will be responsible for the procurement of production and standard parts, as well as liaising with suppliers regarding prices, deadlines and technical details
• Providing complete production documentation and clarifying technical queries from the production department round off your role

• a completed technical or commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification, ideally in an industrial setting, is required
• Professional experience in work planning, production planning or production control is an advantage
• your technical understanding of the function and manufacture of mechanical assemblies is a strong point
• technical communication via drawings and bills of materials, as well as confidence in using MS Office – and ideally ERP systems such as Abas, are no problem for you
• Knowledge of German, a basic knowledge of English and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are characterised by a reliable approach to your work
