• You will be responsible for carrying out a detailed analysis of all production stages and for independently drawing up all necessary production and work plans for in-house manufacturing
• You will also be responsible for accurately defining all timeand production schedules, as well as for the reliable planning and management of materials procurement
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional preparation of clear and comprehensible work instructions for production and be responsible for the meticulous management and monitoring of all test equipment
• Your responsibilities also include the precise cost calculation for planned manufacturing measures, as well as the coordination and management of all external production stages
• As part of your role, you will support continuous communication across interfaces and targeted coordination with alland downstream operational departments
• Furthermore, you will support the specialist team in the systematic maintenance of all relevant master data, as well as in the meticulous documentation and analysis of any error messages that arise
• Finally, you will be responsible for the structured development of plans for complex workflows to ensure the continuous optimisation of the entire value chain within the company

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a toolmaker (m/f/d) in the metalworking sector
• you also have solid initial professional experience in work planning, as well as a strong understanding of modern manufacturing processes in specialised machine construction
• your confident use of standard MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as practical experience in using ERP systems
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German to ensure smooth documentation and communication within the team
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of diligence, reliability and initiative, as well as a strong capacity for analytical thinking
• Finally, you are a strong communicator, impress with your excellent organisational skills and always work in a highly structured manner and completely independently
