• You will also be responsible for the ongoing optimisation of existing production processes, working closely with the experienced production management team to improve efficiency
• You will also oversee the professional planning, assembly and subsequent commissioning of complex mechanical and highly sensitive electronic components
• Your responsibilities will also include actively assisting with the company-wide roll-out of a modern ERP system by drawing up detailed bills of materials
• As part of your role, you will support the production team during staff shortages to ensure on-time delivery to customers:
• Furthermore, you will assist in the creation and regular updating of precise work instructions to standardise internal workflows across the entire manufacturing process
• Finally, as a dedicated project team member, you will be responsible for the timely implementation of technical sub-projects and will assist with CAD design on behalf of management

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Equipment and Systems (m/f/d), a Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) or an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)
• you also have sound commercial knowledge and a technical understanding of complex production processes and modern manufacturing technology
• You stand out thanks to your confident use of common IT applications and your experience with ERP systems, as well as, ideally, some initial experience with CAD programmes
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as very good English skills for communicating with international suppliers
