Persona service AG & Co KG and its subsidiaries take the protection of your personal data very seriously and collect the data in compliance with the statutory data protection regulations. We would therefore like you to know when we store which of the data you provide to us in your application and how we use it: In order to process an application, persona service collects and processes all information provided verbally or in writing as part of the application process, as well as all information and documents that can be derived from it, using the applicant management software "HR4YOU".

1. Preamble - HR4YOU

HR4YOU AG, Ulbarger Straße 52, 26629 Großefehn, Germany, operates the e-recruiting system with which companies can place job advertisements and receive and manage applications. As part of these activities, HR4YOU AG processes personal data on behalf of and for the purposes of the company you wish to contact as part of your application. This company is to be qualified as a data controller within the meaning of Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this relationship, HR4YOU AG acts as a data processor within the meaning of Article 4 No. 8 GDPR. The protection of your privacy when processing personal data is an important concern for HR4YOU AG. First name, last name, e-mail, address/location, date of birth, title, telephone number, citizenship

additional questions depending on the respective job advertisement (e.g. driving license)
CV, in particular details of professional experience and training
Skills (e.g. Photoshop, MS Office, SAP etc.)
Application photo
Qualifications, certificates (welder's certificate, forklift license, etc.), references
Letter of motivation
Files and documents that you upload if necessary

3.2. we store the written, electronic communication that we may have with you as part of the application process, including across branches. Furthermore, we process comments and evaluations that are written about you in the course of your application process.

4. Purpose of the data collection

The purpose of data collection is to process your application and document the application process. The HR4YOU AG software is used for this purpose as described.

5. What are cookies?

Cookies are used on the website as part of the application process with HR4YOU. These serve to make your application more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer. Only so-called session cookies are used. These are deleted as soon as you leave this website.

6. Is data passed on to third parties or collected by third parties?

The data collected as part of your application will neither be published nor passed on to third parties without authorization, in particular without your consent.

7. Storage periods

7.1. personal data of rejected applicants will be stored for a maximum period of twelve months.

7.2. longer storage periods may also result from the fact that the data is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims before an authority or that statutory retention obligations exist. The data will be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill these purposes.

8. Your rights regarding stored data

8.1. you have the right to free information about which of your personal data we process and to rectification, erasure and restriction of data processing and to data portability. To assert these rights or obtain additional information about them, please send an email to datenschutz@persona.de.

8.2. our privacy policy and our responsibility and liability in this regard do not extend to third-party websites to which we link or to which you are redirected. As a result, we are also not responsible for data processing carried out by the operators of these websites.

9. Right of revocation

You can withdraw your consent to data protection at any time with effect for the future. To make use of the option to withdraw your consent, please send an e-mail to datenschutz@persona.de, stating the branch office responsible for you, if applicable.

10. Validity of the agreement (severability clause)

The illegality, ineffectiveness, invalidity or unenforceability of parts of these data protection provisions and terms of use shall not affect the effectiveness and validity of the remaining provisions.
