• You are responsible for the professional support, maintenance and continuous development of the local IT workplace infrastructure using modern tools such as Windows or Intune
• In addition, you are responsible for the qualified 2nd level support of users on site and always act in a practical and solution-oriented manner in the event of technical challenges
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for analysing and solving complex problems in the areas of network, client and workplace and optimise the infrastructure in close cooperation with global teams of experts
• As the technical contact person for local IT issues in thetopics in Central Europe, you will also actively support global rollouts and the introduction of innovative technologies at your location
• as part of your role, you will support the management of projects and pass on your technical knowledge to the team in a targeted manner by guiding colleagues within joint tasks

• A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics or computer science forms the basis for your sound theoretical knowledge in this challenging IT position
• In addition, you have several years of relevant professional experience in IT support or in the field of infrastructure support, which enables you to independently solve technical problems in a corporate environment
• You are characterised by your secure knowledge of current Windows client and server operating systems as well as your proficient handling of Intune and SCCM for software distribution in your daily work
• Sound basic knowledge of common network technologies such as LAN, WAN and VPN as well as a solid understanding of DNS structures and the configuration of firewalls
• Furthermore, you are characterised by a high level of experience with ITIL-based processes in incident and change management and are very familiar with modern ITSM systems
