• You receive customers:
• Accident damage, accept the vehicle and record all relevant customer, vehicle and insurance data digitally and carefully
• Document all paint and bodywork damage precisely, check warranty and goodwill claims and ensure the completeness of all accident-relevant documents
• Prepare damage calculations and cost estimates independently and clarify the scope of repairs and costs with insurance companies and experts
• Prepare orders, coordinate work processes with bodywork and paint specialists and ensure on-time completion
• keep an eye on team utilisation, manage order scheduling, check deadlines and professionally coordinate order extensions
• hand over vehicles in top condition, explain the work carried out and invoices clearly and are a reliable point of contact for customers
• you handle customer property with care and observe all occupational safety and environmental protection regulations

• You have many years of relevant professional experience, ideally as a bodywork or vehicle painter (m/f/d), or have a degree as a certified service consultant (m/f/d)
• You are confident and experienced with insurance, workshop systems and digital tools such as Audatex, DAT, DMS and MS Office
• Negotiation skills and organisational strength characterise you, and customer orientation is always your top priority
• You work flexibly, independently and in a structured manner, even with changing requirements
• Communication is your strength - even in hectic situations you remain calm and ensure smooth processes
• Ideally, you have experience with Mercedes-Benz products and processes, as well as knowledge of claims law and modern bodywork materials
