- You will independently take on central production tasks in the brewing process - from the receipt of raw materials to brewing and bottling
- You will independently carry out all brewing processes such as mashing, lautering, fermentation, maturation and bottling
- In addition, you will operate, and control modern production and brewing equipment
- Quality controls and the complete documentation of all relevant production steps are part of your area of responsibility
- You are also responsible for cleaning, maintaining and caring for the equipment in accordance with strict hygiene standards
- In addition, you play an active role in process optimisation and the continuous improvement of production
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a brewer and maltster (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the food sector
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the brewery environment or in beverage production
- Technical understanding and a high level of care at work characterise you
- A pronounced awareness of quality and hygiene is a matter of course for you
- The ability to work in a team, reliability and an independent way of working round off your profile
- The prerequisites for employment are valid work papers (work permit) and knowledge of German
