• You will answer telephone enquiries from customers and provide expert advice on their queries
• You will handle incoming emails reliably and ensure prompt responses to enquirers
• You will carefully maintain and update customer data in the relevant systems
• In the event of queries, you will liaise internally with the relevant specialist departments

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d), retail assistant (m/f/d) or office clerk (m/f/d)
• You work meticulously and in a structured manner
• You are a team player and work well with colleagues and specialist departments
• You are characterised by a reliable and independent approach to your work
