You will be responsible for providing user and process support for relevant specialist systems and standard software. You will also be responsible for the installation and configuration of client hardware. You will also handle the set-up, configuration and maintenance of specialised equipment; furthermore, you will manage software and hardware contracts; you will also assist with tenders for hardwareand software procurement. Last but not least, you will provide first-level support via the IT helpline. You will also administer users’ access rights within the specialist applications as well as system access rights within Active Directory. Furthermore, you will carry out data backups, log and monitor these, and carry out and monitor any necessary restores. You will also develop your own programmes, programme modules or programme extensions where possible. Last but not least, your responsibilities include website creation and management

• You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d), for example as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in system integration, application development, data and process analysis, or digital networking
• You also have relevant professional experience in the field of IT system administration and user support
• You have a sound knowledge of IT, particularly in the management of standard software, specialist systems, Active Directory and websites
• Good written and spoken German are assets
• You are also willing to be on on-call duty and hold a Class B driving licence
• A strong customer and user focus, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a structured approach to work round off your profile
• last but not least, you are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
