• You prepare food by boiling, frying and cooking it, and present it attractively
• You hand over finished dishes to the front-of-house staff on time
• You receive food deliveries, check them for quality and store them correctly
• You help to draw up menus and meal plans and calculate prices
• You work carefully in accordance with the applicable HACCP and hygiene regulations and document what is required
• You keep your workstation, equipment and machinery clean and tidy, and clean them regularly
• You coordinate workflows at your station and liaise with colleagues
• Where necessary, you supervise support staff and assist them with food preparation

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a chef (m/f/d), hotel manager (m/f/d) or hospitality specialist (m/f/d)
• You are known for your resilience, even in hot conditions and throughout the various phases of everyday kitchen life
• You enjoy working as part of a team and coordinate reliably with your colleagues
• You have a good command of spoken and written German
