• You will advise our customers on all questions relating to the products and services of an energy supplier
• You will process telephone and written customer enquiries, especially for more complex issues
• In addition, you will handle complaints and claims and find quick and appropriate solutions for our customers

• You have completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• You already have several years of professional experience in customer service

• You are confident with the common MS Office applications
