Your responsibilities

• You will take customer enquiries and orders by telephone for the Austrian market
• You will carefully cross-check medical prescriptions against incoming orders
• You’ll be in direct contact with the relevant health insurance providers to clarify any outstanding issues
• You’ll independently coordinate delivery dates with customers and health insurance providers
• You will carefully document customer enquiries and order processes in the system
• In the event of queries or discrepancies, you will contact the relevant departments

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Healthcare Business Administrator (m/f/d) or Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have experience in dealing with customers over the phone or in administrative work
• Confident use of standard IT systems and MS Office is one of your strengths
• You impress with a friendly and courteous manner on the phone
• Working carefully and accurately when cross-checking prescriptions and orders is second nature to you
• You communicate confidently and in a solution-oriented manner with health insurance providers and other contacts
