• You will be responsible for making proactive phone calls as part of day-to-day customer service
• You will handle incoming customer enquiries and support requests and resolve them in a service-oriented manner
• In addition, you will proactively contact customers via outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, information or to follow up
• You will monitor ongoing orders and ensure they are processed on time

• Ideally, you will already have some experience in inbound, outbound or general customer support
• You have a strong service and customer focus
• You have very good written and spoken German skills for professional customer communication
• You also enjoy speaking on the phone
• You are characterised by a reliable, structured approach to your work and the ability to keep track of tasks even when the workload is high
