• You will work closely with our customers, in collaboration with the relevant sales representative and the shipping team
• You will prepare documents and process orders
• You will maintain master data and prices, and carry out calculations
• You will confirm delivery dates and respond to general enquiries
• Finally, you will handle complaints and review credit note requests

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have several years’ professional experience in an internationally oriented role within customer service
• you are confident in using ERP programmes and Office 365
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English
• You have a basic understanding of technical matters
• You are characterised by a strong customer and service focus
