• As the first point of contact for our national specialist retail partners, you can be reached by phone and email and take care of their questions and all concerns
• You process orders, returns and complaints independently and create invoices and credit notes in the SAP system
• In addition, you form the interface to logistics, logistics, scheduling, accounting and sales field service to ensure the best possible service for our customers
• you also support our field service team in customer care and in the implementation of sales campaigns
• you actively participate in the digitalisation of sales and support the introduction of new sales processes

• You have completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in customer service, internal sales, in customer service or administration
• You are confident in using MS Office and ideally also have knowledge of SAP
• Technical understanding is an advantage for you
• Furthermore, you are characterised by sociability, flexibility, independent and structured work and excellent communication skills
• Business fluent in German and English round off your profile
