• You are the first point of contact for our customers for all questions relating to billing and contract data
• You create new contracts and master data in the billing system (XAP), maintain them and ensure up-to-date data records
• In addition, you create and check consumption bills for our electricity customers:innen and ensure smooth processing
• you manage and process the market processes (GPKE, WiM) in dialogue with electricity suppliers, metering point operators and grid customers
• you handle the clarification of open process issues independently and in a structured manner

• You have completed commercial or technical vocational training
• In addition, you ideally already have experience in the liberalised electricity market (e.g. knowledge of GPKE or WiM processes) and have a good understanding of the energy industry
• Of course, you are familiar with IT systems; You have a good command of MS Office
