• You will handle customer enquiries, which are mainly received by email or telephone, and ensure they are dealt with promptly and courteously
• You will enter orders into the system and release them for further processing
• You will support the sales team in their day-to-day work, for example by preparing quotations and orders and following up with customers
• You will record and review complaints and coordinate solutions with the relevant departments
• You will communicate with English-speaking customers and partners, both verbally and in writing

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d)
• You have experience in customer service or order processing
• You have a business-fluent command of written and spoken English
• You handle complaints confidently and in a solution-oriented manner
• You have a structured and meticulous approach to your work
