• You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, requests and technical enquiries by telephone and email
• You will handle customer enquiries independently and in a solution-oriented manner, ensuring friendly, professional communication
• You will record orders and create them in the system
• You will log complaints, review them and process them until they are resolved
• You will maintain customer data carefully and keep it up to date in the system
• You document enquiries and cases in a traceable manner in ticketing or CRM systems
• You resolve complex issues in close coordination with other departments such as Sales or Technical Support
• With your feedback from customer contact, you help to further develop internal processes and services

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d),

a dialogue marketing specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You are confident using MS Office; initial experience with ticketing or CRM systems would be an advantage
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German
• You have a strong service-oriented approach and remain friendly and professional even in stressful situations
• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
