• You are the main point of contact for customers, partners and driver teams, and you respond to enquiries by telephone and in writing
• You coordinate delivery dates with customers and schedule them reliably
• You will coordinate the smooth dispatch of heavy and bulky parcels (some weighing up to 150 kg)
• When coordinating delivery routes, you will support the dispatch team and maintain close contact with the drivers
• You assist with the operational management of the delivery van fleet
• You identify disruptions in the delivery process at an early stage, develop swift solutions and communicate these in a friendly yet firm manner
• You will carefully update shipment statuses and order data in the company’s systems
• You will record and handle customer complaints and enquiries in a solution-oriented manner

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• you have basic experience in customer service or logistics
• Experience in a haulage company or fleet management (delivery vans) would be an advantage
• you are confident using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
