• You will handle customer enquiries and complaints and resolve them in a solution-oriented manner

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
