• You will prepare quotations for incoming customer enquiries as part of your office-based role
• You will carefully record and process incoming orders in the system
• You will reliably maintain customer data and order statuses in the database
• You will clarify orders through direct communication with customers and the relevant departments
• In customer service, you will carry out general administrative tasks, excluding sales activities

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d)
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in customer service or administrative work
• You have sound IT skills and are confident using standard MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are willing to work shifts or day shifts, subject to agreement
• You are a strong team player and have a reliable approach to your work
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
