• You actively look after existing and new customers:and are a reliable contact person for them
• You process enquiries, for example about credit checks or delivery times, carefully and in a service-orientated manner
• You create quotations independently, and help with pricing
• You are responsible for clarifying orders and monitoring deadlines with customers and production
• You take care of all order processing, including customs formalities
• You also reliably process reminders and monitor payments

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), ideally in the field of freight forwarding
• Experience in international trade characterises you, preferably in customer service, order processing and logistics
• Knowledge of sea freight, air freight and the handling of customs-relevant conditions, for example bank letters of credit or ATR, are ideally part of your profile
• good knowledge of SAP S4/Hana will benefit you
• good written and spoken German and English skills
• a valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
