• You will receive all types of customer enquiries, enter them into the system and process them
• You will also draft and send letters to customers
• You will also be responsible for handling invoice enquiries and complaints
• In addition, you will take charge of accounts receivable management
• You will independently initiate changes to master data
• Handling and processing customer complaints is also part of your role
• Last but not least, you will support your colleagues during periods of peak workload and take on reasonable additional tasks

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have several years’ relevant professional experience
• These skills and knowledge may also have been acquired through other means
• You are confident using a computer; knowledge of MS Office products, SAP and Salesforce CRM is desirable
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A structured, independent and results-oriented approach to work comes naturally to you
• You possess a high level of service and customer focus
• You are a keen communicator and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A sense of responsibility, the ability to work in a team, commitment and enthusiasm round off your profile
