• You will provide support to customers by telephone and in writing
• You will also handle customer enquiries and complaints in a service-oriented manner
• You will record customer data and maintain it carefully in the system
• You will also work with other departments to resolve customer issues

• You have completed a vocational training programme, for example in the commercial sector as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)
• Experience in customer service or in a call centre would be an advantage
• You are confident using MS Office
• You have at least C1-level German language skills
• You are naturally willing to work shifts
• Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach and a valid work permit for Germany round off your profile
