• You will be responsible for processing incoming customer enquiries
• You will provide expert advice on products, services and processes
• You will also be responsible for entering, maintaining and updating customer data in the system
• You will take care of the acceptance and follow-up of orders, commissions and enquiries
• You will be responsible for processing complaints

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
