You will record and process customer enquiries regarding products within the SAP system from a commercial perspective; in addition, you will prepare spare parts quotations based on technical input and ensure the efficient and professional processing of customer orders. Working closely with other service teams, the sales department and other internal specialist departments, you will ensure a smooth flow of information. Furthermore, you will liaise with national and international customers and support the team leader with organisational tasks, analyses and master data maintenance. Last but not least, you will carry out general administrative tasks as part of day-to-day office work

• You have completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in order processing, internal sales or customer service is an advantage
• Proficiency in standard MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is desirable
• You have very good written and spoken German and English; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• You are characterised by a strong service-oriented approach and enjoy interacting with customers
