You will handle all types of customer enquiries, enter them into the system and process them; you will also draft and send customer correspondence; processing invoice enquiries and complaints will also be part of your role; furthermore, you will be responsible for credit control; you will independently initiate changes to master data; recording and handling customer complaints are part of your responsibilities; last but not least, you will support your colleagues during periods of high workload and take on reasonable additional tasks

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have several years’ relevant professional experience
• This knowledge and these skills may also have been acquired through other means
• You are confident using a computer; knowledge of MS Office products, SAP and Salesforce CRM would be an advantage
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German
• A structured, independent and results-oriented approach to work comes naturally to you
• You possess a high level of service and customer focus
• A sense of responsibility, the ability to work in a team, commitment and enthusiasm are your strong points
• You are a keen communicator and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
