You will be responsible for the commissioning and support of train radio equipment. You will also conduct customer training on commissioning, servicing and operation. You will also be responsible for creating project-specific configurations for train radio systems. Furthermore, you will draw up reports covering everything from commissioning to maintenance. You will provide support to customers:by telephone with technical issues; last but not least, you will monitor system installation in accordance with specified assembly guidelines; you will also test system functionality, working closely with the development department to resolve technical issues

• You have successfully completed a degree in Information Technology or a comparable qualification with practical experience in the service sector
• You also have relevant professional experience in the service sector, as well as knowledge of analogue and digital radio technology
• You have a sound knowledge of IT, including the basics of PC and network technology, and are confident using Microsoft Office
• Good written and spoken German is an asset
• Furthermore, you are willing to travel regularly for on-site customer assignments
• A high degree of independence is also part of your profile
