- Your task is to manufacture complex precision parts on CNC-controlled machining centres, relying on technical drawings
- You create, adapt and optimise CNC programs independently, taking into account the geometry and technology data
- You are responsible for setting up and setting up CNC machine tools
- Your area of responsibility includes monitoring and controlling the entire manufacturing process
- Machining the workpieces according to specified quality and dimensional specifications and dimensional specifications
- Quality checks and the documentation of all measurement results are also part of your tasks
- You make a decisive contribution to increasing efficiency and quality by constantly analysing and improving processes
Requirements
- Your completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), CNC specialist (m/f/d) or with a comparable qualification is the basis for your successful start
- You are confident and experienced in working with CNC control systems such as Heidenhain, Siemens or Fanuc and can adapt flexibly to different systems
- You are adept at programming, and operating CNC machining centres thanks to your experience and expertise
- You have a technical understanding as well as a precise and quality-oriented way of working
- You are willing to work in shifts if this is required by the company
- Your work style is characterised by teamwork and an independent approach
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
