• At the portioning line, you will carry out quality control checks on the meals, paying attention to their appearance, quantity and temperature
• You ensure meals are distributed correctly and check that each portion is allocated to the correct dietary category and the correct patient or ward
• In dietary production, you assist with the professional preparation of special dietary categories and meals
• You prepare ingredients according to recipes and dietary guidelines, ensuring strict adherence to ingredient lists and allergen requirements
• You reliably maintain and update the computerised meal recording programme, Orga-Card
• You record changes to dietary requirements, food intolerances or orders in the system and carefully pass them on to the production team
• You comply with the applicable hygiene regulations and documentation requirements at every stage of the process
• You keep your workstation, equipment and tools clean and tidy

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a dietitian (m/f/d), cook (m/f/d) or housekeeper (m/f/d)
• You have a keen interest in dietetics; career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You hold a valid work permit
• You work confidently and meticulously with computerised meal-recording programmes
• You carry out your tasks reliably and in a structured manner
• You demonstrate diligence and a keen eye for quality when checking and distributing meals
