• You will be responsible for organising the collection and delivery of national and international parcels
• Monitoring the quality of deliveries and collections will also form part of your duties
• You will process undeliverable parcels independently and find suitable solutions
• You will accept parcels and hand them over at the customer counter
• In the event of complaints, you will contact customers and couriers by telephone
• You will arrange delivery dates and coordinate these with the parties involved
• You will handle written and telephone complaints reliably and in a solution-oriented manner
• During your shift, you will be responsible for the till and takings at the customer counter
• You carry out vehicle and route checks to ensure everything runs smoothly
• You also document and maintain relevant data in the dispatch system

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or have many years’ professional experience in the field of transport planning
• You are willing to work rotating shifts, including regular Saturdays
• You confidently apply your good computer and MS Office skills in your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German; a good knowledge of English would be an advantage
• You are characterised by logical thinking and a solution-oriented approach to work
• Resilience, the ability to work independently and the ability to work as part of a team are among your strengths
• You demonstrate initiative as well as a strong sense of responsibility
• You approach your tasks in a reliable, flexible and responsible manner
