Your responsibilities

You will handle and process national and international service assignments and prepare the associated documentation and paperwork; you will coordinate the deployment of service technicians and external service providers:You will coordinate external services and support systems at the customer’s premises on your own initiative; you will organise these services; you will liaise directly with customers to arrange service visits; you will organise the service technicians’ equipment and ensure it is ready for use; you will- and contract details in the stock management and ticketing systems; you monitor the dates and deadlines for service call-outs and take corrective action in the event of deviations; for queries and issues relating to the service process, you act as the central point of contact for customers:and technicians. You will prepare and maintain analyses and status reports on ongoing service call-outs

What we’re looking for

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship
• Experience in scheduling, freight forwarding, service or spare parts management is desirable
• You have several years’ relevant professional experience
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office
• You have experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP
• You are characterised by a solution-oriented and structured approach to your work
• A quick grasp of new concepts and the ability to work well in a team are among your strengths
• We require a very good command of German and a good command of spoken and written English
