• You will care for outpatients in their home environment and provide them with professional care
• In doing so, you will carry out basic and treatment care in accordance with doctors' orders and applicable nursing standards
• In addition, you will monitor their state of health, check vital signs and observe symptoms carefully
• you also administer medication and injections according to the doctor's orders
• you actively participate in the planning and coordination of nursing assignments
• you carefully document all measures carried out and observations in the nursing report
• you also consistently comply with hygiene guidelines and quality assurance requirements

• You have successfully completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)
• You can provide proof of a valid first aid course
• The ability to work in a team, quick comprehension skills, empathy, ability to work independently and act responsibly characterise you
• you are confident with electronic nursing documentation
• you are flexible and willing to work shifts as well as weekends and public holidays
• you have proof of a measles vaccination
