Job description

  • You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and advice to a specific group of staff on all HR-related matters and all issues concerning employment law
  • You will also be responsible for independently preparing the monthly payroll and for the reliable management of the company’s time and attendance system

Requirements

  • You have completed further training as an HR specialist (m/f/d) following an apprenticeship as an office administration assistant (m/f/d) or an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
  • You also have several years’ solid professional experience as an HR generalist (m/f/d) or in a comparable role within human resources
  • You are distinguished by your solid knowledge of payroll preparation as well as labour law, social security law and income tax law
  • You have a very good command of German, both spoken and written, at a native level, as well as a good basic knowledge of English
  • Furthermore, you possess a high level of strong advisory and communication skills, as well as a confident manner when dealing with senior management
