- You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and advice to a specific group of staff on all HR-related matters and all issues concerning employment law
- You will also be responsible for independently preparing the monthly payroll and for the reliable management of the company’s time and attendance system

Requirements

- You also have several years’ solid professional experience as an HR generalist (m/f/d) or in a comparable role within human resources
- You are distinguished by your solid knowledge of payroll preparation as well as labour law, social security law and income tax law
- You have a very good command of German, both spoken and written, at a native level, as well as a good basic knowledge of English
- Furthermore, you possess a high level of strong advisory and communication skills, as well as a confident manner when dealing with senior management
- Finally, you are a solution-oriented individual and always work entirely independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner within a dynamic working environment
