• You will be responsible for the phased roll-out of a software solution to ensure business travel compliance, working closely with internal stakeholders and the external provider across our German and European subsidiaries
• You will also provide support in the design, harmonisation and implementation of standardised processes to ensure compliance with EU reporting requirements, social security certificates, and visa and work permit requirements within our German and European subsidiaries
• You will also act as the point of contact for staff, specialist departments and external consultants during the implementation phase of the new software solution
• You will work with the Global Mobility & Travel team to ensure the proper handling of permanent establishment requirements, particularly with regard to payroll tax, payroll and reporting obligations
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating and liaising with external partners and institutions (e.g. service providers, health insurance funds, tax offices, consultancy firms)
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for the continuous optimisation of processes, which includes identifying areas for improvement as well as the ongoing development and optimisation of processes in accordance with defined standards and guidelines

• You hold a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• You have also gained several years’ relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in the management and coordination of international projects
• You also possess excellent stakeholder management skills and very good communication skills
• Your portfolio also includes excellent written and spoken German and English, as well as confidence in using MS Office
• You are characterised by a structured, meticulous and reliable approach to work, combined with a high degree of flexibility and strong analytical thinking
• Finally, you are highly motivated to actively help shape processes and develop innovative solutions
