• You effectively implement the corporate and HR strategy in day-to-day operations
• You manage all HR processes along the employee lifecycle for tariff and non-tariff employees
• You competently advise managers and proactively support them in all HR-related topics
• Build and maintain a trusting working relationship with the works council
• Lead or actively participate in international, cross-location and cross-organisational projects
• Promote targeted HR development in line with the company's needs
• HR standards, processes and KPIs and optimise them sustainably
• You evaluate HR KPIs, prepare reports and present results to the right audience
• You accompany organisational change processes as a driving force and support their implementation
• You ensure and continuously develop local HR processes and initiatives

• You have a university degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in the HR department of an international company
• You are experienced in working in international matrix organisations and in cross-functional projects
• You have comprehensive knowledge of labour and collective bargaining law, ideally Metall NRW, as well as in the use of various HR tools
• You work independently, structured and initiative-oriented, you demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and a pragmatic approach
• strong communication and persuasion skills as well as strong intercultural competencies distinguish you
• you enjoy actively shaping change and driving innovation in HR
• you have a very good command of written and spoken English
