• You will support and advise customers on products and services, both over the phone and in person
• You will proactively support the field sales team in their day-to-day work
• You will prepare quotations independently and process incoming orders
• You will handle the entire order processing cycle, from entry to follow-up
• You will handle customer enquiries and clarify any outstanding issues in consultation with the relevant departments
• You will carefully maintain customer and order data in the system
• You will coordinate appointments and delivery times in collaboration with the field sales team

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) or an office clerk (m/f/d)
• You have some initial experience of dealing with customers
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You hold a valid driving licence
• You enjoy direct contact with customers and supporting roles in the field
• Working independently and reliably comes naturally to you
• You make effective use of your communication skills and friendly manner when dealing with customers
• You can get to work reliably every day
• You must hold a valid work permit
