• You will support and advise customers on their enquiries, both by telephone and in writing
• You will be the first point of contact for any queries and will find suitable solutions
• You will proactively support the field service team with organisational and administrative tasks
• You will draw up quotations independently and prepare them for the subsequent sales process
• You will handle order processing from entry through to forwarding to the relevant departments
• You will carefully maintain customer data and order information in the system
• You will liaise with internal departments to ensure everything runs smoothly
• You will document customer contacts and record agreements in writing
• You will provide support to customers when clarifying delivery dates and handling complaints

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You have a valid driving licence and your own car
• A valid work permit is required
• You are customer-focused and have a friendly manner
• You are a strong communicator and a team player when working with the field sales team
• Working meticulously and reliably when processing quotations and orders is second nature to you
