• You will manage and liaise with international partners and customers
• You will draw up quotations based on the existing price list
• You will record, manage and monitor orders
• You will clarify delivery times for coffee machines and spare parts with the production and planning departments
• You will prepare all export documents required for dispatch, such as invoices, packing lists and customs documents, and dispatch them
• You handle customer complaints
• For returns of goods, you issue credit notes and, where applicable, commissions
• You will monitor accounts and handle the dunning process
• Correspondence in English via email and telephone rounds off your remit

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), Wholesale and International Trade Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have at least 2 years’ professional experience in international sales
• you have a very strong command of MS Office and SAP A01/P96
• You impress with your business-fluent English and strong communication skills
• Your ability to work independently, combined with teamwork and flexibility, speaks in your favour
• Technical understanding rounds off your profile
